| WHOA Congratulates Celebration Hall Of Fame Inductees |
|
On February 23, 2008 the Celebration inducted thirteen additional members to its Hall Of Fame. Included in that group was long time WHOA Board of Director Jean Baum. Jean has worked very hard for WHOA and the Walking Horse industry over the years.
Larry Bright was the Official Organist of the International Grand Championships for many years before becoming the Official Organist of the Celebration. Congratulations to Larry on his induction into Celebration Hall Of Fame.
Joe Dietz, a charter member of WHOA was also inducted into the Celebration Hall Of Fame. The Dietz Family owned The Pusher C.G., who won the 1979-1980-1981 International Grand Championships and was the 1979 Amateur World Grand Champion and 1981 World Grand Champion.
Inductee Tommy Grider has always been very supportive of the International and WHOA. Congratulations to the Grider Family.
Diane Gueck has always supported WHOA and the International Grand Championships. Diane has judged the International several times and won many International Championships over the years.
Dr. W. H. Hill has been a WHOA member for many years. WHOA congratulates Dr. Hill on his Celebration Hall Of Fame induction.
The Celebration Hall Of Fame also inducted Floyd and Beverly Sherman who have been supporters of WHOA for many years and currently sponsor in part the WHOA-TWHBEA Academy Program and are Divisional Sponsors of the International Grand Championships.
WHOA also congratulates Bob Kilgore, Bailey Little, Charles Terry and Hoil Walker on their induction to the Celebration Hall Of Fame. |
