The WHOA Fall Festival will be a part of the Proposed Tennessee Walking Horse Medication Policy Pilot Program. A licensed vet will be taking samples during one session of the three day event. We want to emphasize, this is for informational purposes only to formulate a drug protocol for our industry that fits our needs. This is not a USDA program.

ThorSport Versatility Cup!
ThorSport Versatility Cup is a new award program designed to recognize competitors who demonstrate excellence across multiple performance disciplines. This program encourages competitors to broaden their participation, enhance their horsemanship and showmanship skills, and pursue success across a variety of classes. Competitors earn points in both Adult and Youth divisions in Showmanship, Equitation, Western Riding, and Reining for their chance to earn part of the $12,000 offered in this program! Points were earned at the WHOA International Grand Championships, TWHBEA World Versatility Championships, and NWHA Nationals. Our sincere thanks to the Thorson Family for supporting and sponsoring this important program. The awards were presented by Connie Everett with ThorSport; Tommy Hall with WHOA, Mark Farrar with TWHBEA, and JoEllen Finerfrock with NWHA.

Long-time WHOA member and Tennessee Walking Horse enthusiast Tami Steinbrecher was invited to ride in a demonstration on her TWH The Wicked Wolf at 2026 BreyerFest in Lexington, KY. Tami and several of her horses also compete very successfully in Western Dressage at the National Level. In fact, Tami and the Wicked Wolf are on the front cover of the 2027 WDAA Level 3 Test Book (see below)

These guidelines take effect in 2026.
The EquiSkill Challenge Cup is an English equitation championship, open to amateur, limited amateur and youth riders, for Tennessee Walking Horses. The championship will be judged 50% on rail work and 50% on pattern. Turnout (tack and attire) is part of the rail work score.
