Clarification of Dressage Rule
As stated on Rule #38 of the International Rules & Regulations
Dressage rules will follow WDAA and TWHBEA. TWHBEA rules dictate that a horse and rider team may only compete in tests in two consecutive levels. However, there is no limit to the number of tests within those levels.
To be eligible for the Intro Level, a horse/rider combination must not have shown in level 1 or above in that division (traditional/western) in the same competition year.
